National parks can only be created by Congress which makes you wonder how we have any parks at all… given how busy those guys are, of course. Theodore Roosevelt created five national parks earning himself the nickname the shaper of our public lands. The Sprints National Parks Running Tank features nearly 20 national parks so we’re basically the FDR of national park running tanks. We don't make the rules.
